Full rewires in a domestic property can feel like a daunting project at times. Our main goal is to make the process as simple as possible for the client.
How it normally works - we will first take a call from a potential client then give a ball park figure based on the information given and our experience in carrying rewires.
If the customer is happy with the figure we’ve given we will then book a site visit taking all the clients request so we can give a detailed fixed quote.
Once the quote has been accepted we recommend that the client move or box as many personal belongs as possible.
We would ideally attend site the day before the install is due to start and fit the carpet protection and move furniture to suit.
Generally everything goes into the centre of the room then covered with polythene sheets, this gives us the opportunity to work around the perimeter.
If the property is occupied we advise the client to be out the property for the whole working day as it can get quite hectic.
Each night we put the house back into a habitable state with power and lighting on where necessary.
On completion we test & certify all of our work whilst issuing a local authority building control notification sent digitally.
The following day a local reputable cleaning company will follow and give the house a deep clean.
